Career Evidence Repository
Preserve proof of your work - privately, responsibly, and organized so you can find it when it counts. Direct artifact uploads launching Q4 2026.
What is a career evidence repository?
A career evidence repository is a private place to organize proof of work, feedback, project artifacts, metrics, and supporting materials that validate professional achievements. It bridges the gap between "I did that" and "here is proof."
Direct Evidence Attachments - Artifact Uploads Per Achievement
We are building the ability to attach files directly to individual work wins - upload PDFs of manager feedback, screenshots of dashboards, performance review excerpts, or links to launched projects. Each achievement will have its own evidence locker.
What you can do today
Today, JobStoryVault acts as your career repository by parsing the raw documents you already have - old resumes, LinkedIn exports, and career history dumps. Import them now via your Career Vault and your evidence is already being structured and stored privately.
What counts as career evidence
What not to save
Do not upload confidential employer information, trade secrets, client lists, sensitive financial records, proprietary source code, or any material you are not authorized to retain outside of work. When in doubt, write a description of the outcome rather than uploading the original document. JobStoryVault is a worker-owned career record - not a place to store your employer's confidential data.
How evidence supports your career
Resume specificity
Evidence turns vague claims into credible, specific bullets backed by real data.
Interview confidence
When you can reference a real artifact, your interview stories become sharper and more convincing.
Promotion packets
Document the proof behind your performance to make a data-driven case for advancement.
Career transitions
Evidence from one industry translates to another when you can show outcomes, not just job titles.
